Entry forms input online, by email or by mail, complete with payment, must be received by 4:00 PM CST, August 28th 2009. The last day for entry withdrawl and refund from the event shall be 4:00 PM CST, August 28th 2009. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4:00 PM CST AUGUST 28th 2009.

Entry Requirements for this Event:
Entry is open to any person having a valid drivers licence. Entrants must belong to a Canadian motor sport club recognized by ASN Canada FIA, WCMA, SCCA. Entrants should meet any licensing requirements required by their region.
Car Classes Are Required in Registration:
The registration sheets will require entrants to fill out both CAC and SCCA car classifications for their vehicle. This event is combining the 2009 ASN Canada FIA National AutoSlalom Championship with the WCMA Regional Series 2 DAY event and the Saskatoon Sports Car Club SUPER SLALOM IN SASKATOON (SSIS) local event. All events will be run simultaneously. Cars will be classed by both SSCA and SAN/CAC rules. Timing and scoring will provide placing and PAX scores for both rule sets.
All Drivers Must Bring to Event Check-In:
- Current valid driver’s license,
- Current AutoSlalom or SOLO II license (where applicable), and
- Current membership card of an ASN affiliated club.
Minors:
The age of majority in the province of Saskatchewan is 18 years. Anyone under 18 years old must provide a release form (available at registration) and a notarized permission letter from the car owner. These forms are in addition to the event registration form and must be provided and presented at registration or the entry will be refused.
Event Check-In Dates and Procedures:
The hours of operation for registration check-in and tech inspection at Credit Union Centre:
- Thursday September 3rd, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM OR
- Friday September 4th, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Saturday September 6th, pre-arrangement by request only with SSCC. (See 2.5)
- Friday September 4th – TEST & TUNE,12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (cost $2.00 per run)
2.5 If any unforeseen delay, such as breakdown while en-route that prevents arrival, contact the Chief Registrar, or Chief Steward to arrange alternate registration and tech.
Ammending Registration:
If registering online, the registrant will be able to login and update their registration up until the time registration closes on August 28th, 2009. After registration has closed, under unusual circumstances, the entrant may amend their entry form at the on site registration, if approved by the Chief Registrar, Chief Steward, and Chief of Timing and Scoring.
